RBES SCHOOL POLICIES

All of our school policies require reviewing, tweaking and revising. After we finish each policy, we will post them here for your reference.

PERMISSION FORM & FEE POLICY

Effective Thursday, September 19, 2019

  1. All field trip permission forms must be filled out online by 3:00 pm the day prior to the field trip, extracurricular activity or special event. 

  2. If any fee is required, it must be paid for by 3:00 pm the day prior to the field trip, extracurricular activity or special event.

  3. If you require financial assistance for field trip fees, please book an appointment or visit us to discuss a payment program or to fill out an application for a Waiver of Fees.

  4. If the permission form and/or the fee is not taken care of the day prior to the field trip, extracurricular activity or special event, your child will not attend or participate in the activity and alternate arrangements will be made at the school for their learning.

  5. All online forms and fee payments are date stamped and we will be using that function to ensure that this policy is strictly adhered to.
