Fees, Payment & Permission Online

In an effort to reduce time, money and paper waste, parents can now pay all of their children’s school fees through our PowerSchool secure online website. You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Interac Online Debit.    We will still accept cash or cheques in the office, but prefer payment using the online website.   Our permission forms will be only accepted online.

Once you have set up your Powerschool account, you can just log on to Powerschool to access all of your student fees and to sign permission forms.

The fees for the year are as follows:

Grades 1-4: $60

Kindergarten: $110

Mild/Moderate funded Prekindergarten students: $110

Prekindergarten: $800

For all of our school trips, walking or otherwise, permission must be given online.

What if I have an account with another child?  ​If you are a parent who has multiple children at multiple schools, they will all appear together under your parent account. With a few simple mouse clicks, parents can view assessed fees, any outstanding balances, and pay for all of their children in a single transaction. You will not be able to access attendance and marks information at this time.

What do I need to use Acorn Online Payments? You will need a PowerSchool Parent account. If you currently have an account, you will use the same username and password to login to the Acorn Online Payments website. If you don’t currently have an account, you will need to create one.

What are the methods of online payment? You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and Interac Online Debit

What are the costs associated with using Acorn Online Payments? When using Acorn Online Payments, parents will not be charged any convenience or transaction fees. They will only be charged for the cost of student fees.
