<h2 class="editor-heading-h2" dir="ltr"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Jump Rope For Heart</span></h2><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr"><br></p><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Throughout February, we will be participating in our Jump Rope for Heart campaign. Each class will take part in a variety of activities to increase awareness of healthy hearts and promote active, healthy lifestyles.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Participating in Jump Rope for Heart helps teach students the importance of good heart and brain health, developing healthy habits, and giving back to others. Each year, more than 850,000 children across Canada take part in this program, moving toward a healthier future together. Through their fundraising efforts, students are also helping to save lives and support research to beat heart disease and stroke.</span></p><p class="editor-paragraph" dir="ltr"><span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">If you would like to participate in the Jump Rope for Heart fundraising campaign, please read the parent letter below.
