PD Plan
An integral part of providing an excellent education is the professional development of the teachers. In addition to jurisdiction-driven PD and individual teacher PD RBES has a few common staff PD days throughout the school year which augment the continuous learning teachers undertake. These days are a culmination of reflective practice, data reflection, and clear goals brought together to guide the enhancement of teacher skills under the umbrella of improved student learning. Below are highlights of the common staff PD days. Note that this is a live plan, meaning that there is a responsive element that encourages alterations built on our current best understandings.
