Good afternoon, Families,

Today, we wanted to highlight a couple of huge celebrations!

First and foremost, congratulations to all our students for their hard work on the Sepllathon. A special thank you to Mrs. Tewitz and Mrs. Forchuk for organizing this HUGE fundraiser for our school. This allows us to do wonderful “extras” in the building, like our upcoming DanceEd Residency! Today we had a celebration assembly where the grand total was revealed - **** WOW! THANK YOU to all the parents, grandparents, neighbours, friends, aunts, and uncles who sponsored our students. Your support is truly appreciated.

We also want to take a moment to thank our student teachers who will be finishing their time with us on Monday. Having new and aspiring teachers mentored by our amazing staff is proof that the future is bright!

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend ahead!

Warmly,

Mr. Coffin & Mrs. Kirton

Spell-a-thon Success!

A massive thank you to our incredible students, dedicated families, and hardworking teachers for making this year’s Spell-a-thon such a resounding success! Your commitment to improving literacy while supporting our school has been truly inspiring.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the generous local sponsors who fueled our program:

  • Devon Home Hardware
  • Subway
  • Tim Hortons
  • Florida Pizza
  • McDonald’s
  • Hardy’s Independent Grocer
  • Domino’s
  • IGA
  • Dairy Queen

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and friends who stepped up to sponsor our spellers. Your encouragement and contributions have made a world of difference.

Together, our community has raised an amazing $12,623.75! These funds will go a long way in supporting our students and school initiatives. Let’s celebrate this fantastic achievement together!

Club Moo

Club Moo Program

A big thank you to all the parents who have ordered milk tickets for our Club Moo program!

Leadership students will be helping by fulfilling and delivering milk orders to each class (Kindergarten to Grade 4) at lunchtime every day.

Parents can purchase milk tickets through PowerSchool: 20 tickets (white or chocolate) for $20.

We hope to provide a 3-day turnaround. Thank you for your patience as we develop our Club Moo Program

How to use your tickets:

  • Send them all at once – Cut the tickets apart and return them in a baggie or envelope. They will be kept in your child’s reading bag, and your child can decide when to use them.
  • Send them as needed – Place one ticket in your child’s reading bag on the days you’d like them to have milk.
