Good afternoon, Robina Families,
As we close another school year, I want to take a moment to share some reflections!
on toAt the beginning of this school year, I challenged our staff, students, and community to do whatever it takes to bring joy every day they come to school! Robina Baker Elementary School is such a special school community to be a part of. Being the only Pre-K to Grade 4 school within our community and our division, you can’t help but feel the joy permeate the hallways, classrooms, parks, and beyond. As a staff, we feel so fortunate to come to school each and every day to support our students and community. We hope that this year brought your family and our students great learning and reflection. To our Pre-K and Kindergarten students, we look forward to continuing to serve you for the years ahead. To our Grade 4 students and families moving on to Riverview, good luck on the next step of your academic journey! Though your time at Robina has come to an end, you are always welcome here! To our families moving to new communities, we wish you all the best and are grateful for the time we got to spend with you all.
A few housekeeping notes as we wrap up our school year:
- Staff will still be at the school until Friday afternoon. If your child has forgotten anything, just give us a call and we’ll collect it and leave it in the office.
- Report Cards have been posted and are available to view on PowerSchool. You can find instructions on our website here.
- We are continuing to receive registrations and will throughout the summer months! As a result, our grade configurations may change. For the time being, we are set up for a great school year next year!
- Our school office reopens on August 20th, 2026. You will receive a Welcome Letter indicating who your child’s teacher is on August 24th. Teachers will be back on August 25th, 2026. We hope to see you at our Welcome Back BBQ from 4:00 - 5:30 that evening!
Have a safe and wonderful summer!
Warmly,
Mr. Coffin & Mrs. Kirton
