Well, another week has come and gone and there is lots to celebrate and on the horizon!

  • Our Grand Opening was postponed due to weather. Please join us on Thursday, June 20.
  • The Grade 4s are gearing up for Riverview. Before they leave the school we have a couple key events for them. The first event is them heading to Camp Warwa next week. Also, Grade 4 parents, please mark your calendars. We will have a Grade 4 farewell celebration on the last day of school (June 26) at 1:00.
  • Next Friday is Indigenous People’s Day. We are excited to welcome Phyllis Sinclair who will be sharing song and story with our students throughout the day! Thank you Mr. Scott for making this connection for us.
  • Report Cards will be available on PowerSchool on June 26th at 3:00.
  • We will have information about next year available in our final Principal Corner which will be on June 26th.
  • If you have questions about homeroom assignments or class lists, please refer to last week’s Princpals’ Corner

Have a wonderful weekend!

Next Year Classes

Our teachers are currently in the process of carefully and diligently creating class lists for next year. This is a very complex process that involves a lot of collaboration, discussion, and thought. Please know and trust this process as it unfolds. In late August, you will receive a welcome letter from your child’s teacher. Requests for placements are incredibly difficult to honour and are not guaranteed. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mr. Coffin directly.
