Our Fundraising Committee is hoping to apply for a grant through the Kal Tire’s Community Giving Programs. We are hoping to find someone from our school community who works at Kal Tire and may be willing to support our application. The money will be used to help build our playground.

Kal’s RePlay Fund provides funding to Canadian nonprofit organizations for recycled rubber products made from tires (e.g. playground surfaces, flooring, roofing, paving, landscaping materials, and more). The program is open for applications starting today and the deadline to apply is February 28th, 2022. Tires for Good is also open for applications. This program provides a free set of tires to Canadian nonprofit organizations to use on their own operational vehicles or as a fundraising item in a silent auction or raffle.
