ASSEMBLY HIGHLIGHTS

Thank you to our special cohosts, Tessa and Lexey from 4B, for doing such a great job! We continued our kindness theme this month and started our annual Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) campaign. We “catch” students being kind and they get to enter their name onto a large 100 grid chart. At the end there will be a draw from those names. Our goal is to fill 3 charts and flood our school with kindness everywhere!

Congratulations to all of our draw winners this week! These girls were so excited to win a pop-it keychain.

JUMP ROPE FOR HEART

What a fun time our students had with our Jump Rope for Heart this past Monday! There were many activity stations set up in the gym and some students really shone with some AMAZING talent! You can check out a number of pictures at this LINK! We will provide a fundraising update when we have one. Thank you to everyone for their participation in this worthwhile cause.

COOKING UP A STORY

Thank you to everyone who signed up for Cooking Up A Story – registration is now closed.

Please note that the food package will be sent home with the oldest child in the family on Wednesday! We will email all participating families the link to the event.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Registration is open now for Kindergarten for September 2022! Please register as soon as you can to allow us to do our planning for the fall. You can REGISTER at THIS LINK! Please feel free to share the link with friends and neighbours with Kindergarten aged children.

REPORTING AN ABSENCE ONLINE

We are so thankful for the parents who have started using our online form to let us know when their children will not be at school! It sure has helped to make our process more efficient in the mornings due to the large number of absences. You can always call and leave a message too – 780-987-3705.
