ASSEMBLY UPDATE
We had a Pep-Rally-style Assembly on Friday. We practiced our school song and talked about playground safety and fun. As you can see in the photo – all of our staff and most of our students wore “Red for Ed”! We will let you know if we won the competition. We thank everyone for their awesome school spirit and participation!

CLASS LISTS FOR THE FALL
Each year as a new school term approaches, parents may become concerned about their children’s placement in a new grade. Please read the class list document below to help you understand our process.
If you are moving and your child won’t be at RBES next year, please let the office know as soon as possible. Thank you!
SWIMMING
The swimming lessons are all complete! Even though the weather was not the best, it seems like everyone had a great time! We have 2 more days of free swim time. If you are able to volunteer to go in the pool, please let your teacher know.
CELEBRATION OF LEARNING
Our first annual Celebration of Learning evening will be held on June 22 at 6:30 pm. Doors will open at 6:10 pm. Here is a list of awards that will be presented. Parents have been notified if their child will be receiving an award. We look forward to beginning a new tradition to celebrate student success!

CAMP WARWA TRIP
We were so happy once again to have a Grade 4 year-end trip to Camp Warwa! The Grade 4s had a great time! Thank you to our parent volunteers who spent two days at camp, and thank you to everyone who participated in the fundraisers throughout the year!

Thank you to our School Council for providing breakfast for our staff last Monday. It was enjoyed and much appreciated. An extra special THANK YOU also goes out to those students who brought in cards or made pictures or bracelets from staff members. You are all so kind!
Pre-K and KINDER REGISTRATION
Don’t forget to REGISTER as we are currently doing our fall planning and this helps us plan our staffing more accurately.
