Robina Baker will have some additional staffing changes for the 2023-24 school year. As shared previously, Mrs. Kloschinsky will be moving to Ecole Dansereau Meadows and Mr. Coffin will be our new principal in the fall.

There are a couple additional changes for our office team. Dr. Murtha-Toles has accepted a position at New Sarepta Elementary as their new Assistant Principal and Mrs. Culp is retiring at the end of June. We extend our Congratulations to them both as they move on to new adventures in the fall!

We would like to Welcome Ms. Danielle Kirton, Mrs. Joyce Christian, and Mr. Andrew Scott to Robina Baker. Ms. Kirton will be our new Assistant Principal, Mrs. Christian will be our accounting secretary, and Mr. Scott will be teaching music and a couple other classes. We are excited to have you all join our team and be a part of our community.

    SPECIAL THANK YOU!

We would like to send an extra special THANK YOU to Mr. Grimson and his son for volunteering their time to paint a couple fun games on our back pad for our students to enjoy! You are so APPRECIATED!

    ASSEMBLY

We started a new theme for the month of June. Perseverance is the theme and we had a great discussion on what this means. With the carnival coming up this weekend, we also watched a video about that too.

You can see our ASSEMBLY AGENDA at this LINK.

    CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR RAD RAPTORS

We also had a draw for our June Pizza with the Principal draw, but we missed out on getting everyone in the photo. Congratulations to: Edith, Aurora, Grayden, Jacob, and Wyatt. We will determine a date that works for all next week and let parents know when their special lunch is.

    SWIMMING

What a fun week the students had at the pool for their swimming lessons! The kinder and PK students also had their free swim. Please click on the link below to see additional photos. Thank you to everyone that came out to volunteer!

All information for Free Swim dates can be found in the letter that was shared via email. You can also find it at this LINK. You can see the FREE SWIM schedule below.

**If you are available to volunteer for any of the FREE SWIM dates, please reach out to your child’s teacher.

    RODEO OF SMILES

Once again, the Leduc Black Gold Rodeo and Exhibition Association extended an invitation for students with exceptional needs to attend their Rodeo of Smiles on Friday. The day included a variety of fun activities, such as a petting zoo, face painting, games, door prizes, midway rides, and much more. We are so thankful that the Leduc Rodeo Association includes Robina Baker in this amazing event!

    SCHOOL COUNCIL & FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE:

We are so excited for everyone to join us at the RBES carnival. Please note: Almost all stations/events will use coupons for currency. There are two spots where you can purchase coupons. You can see a map for the location of all activities below. Don’t forget to visit our FAMILY FUN FREE ZONE and to purchase your 50/50 tickets.
