ASSEMBLY
This week we finished working on our Teamwork/Cooperation theme. The students had an opportunity to practice many of the strategies they learned this month in some game situations. We have also been working on learning a simple line dance to reinforce the idea of teamwork. The students did amazingly well after only two lessons.

RAD RAPTORS:
Congratulations to our RAD Raptors! These students have all modeled exemplary kindness and/or worked extra hard on self improvement. They will be entered into the Pizza with the Principal draw.
CONGRATULATIONS DRAW WINNERS!
A few students were lucky draw winners and each recipient received a new book!
The following students won the Pizza with the Principal draw and will enjoy pizza for lunch after spring break. Congratulations!!
Student-Led Conferences
Thank you to everyone who attended our Student Led Conferences. It was wonderful to see so many families attend. I know our students are always so proud when they can share their learning with their loved ones.
Family Pizza Night
April 4 is Family Pizza Night at Domino’s. All orders give us a contribution of $5 each. All proceeds are put towards our playground.
SCHOOL COUNCIL / FUNDRAISER MEETINGS
All parents are welcome to come join our meetings. There is no commitment required! Please join us and have a voice in our school!
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2023-2024 school year.
Children may begin Kindergarten in a school within the Black Gold School Division in September if they are at least 4 years 8 months old as of August 31 of the respective school year.
We encourage families to register early as this helps us with our planning. Please note that programs and class preferences are subject to change based on enrollment, space and program viability.
