Just a reminder that there is no school on Friday as it is a Professional Development day for our staff.
We are excited for our Grade 4 group who will travel to the Univesity of Albert all next week for a wonderful, unique, and exciting opportunity to attend uSchool. Students will receive all their instruction on campus each day next week. One of the target groups and goals of uSchool is to provide exposure to post-secondary education to students who might be considered more rural! We wish them luck and thank the teachers for organizing this experience.
Next Friday, we will take a moment to pause, reflect, and remember. The Remembrance Day Ceremony will begin at 10:30. The community is welcome.
Finally, our skating permission forms have gone live. We will be skating the week after we return from break. Please email your child’s teacher if you can help with supervision—it is important!
We hope you have a safe and fun Halloween night!
Have a wonderful weekend!

Remembrance Day Ceremony
We want to invite our families to attend our Remembrance Day Ceremony on Friday, November 8 at 10:45 a.m. We ask that all students and staff wear formal dress, please. Students who participate in Brownies or Boy Scouts are encouraged to wear their uniforms. The Devon Legion kindly provided poppies for all of our students. If you would like to send any money for a donation we will pass it to the Devon Legion.
